Q: How Long Do I have to lease a unit?
A: We have a 1 month lease minimum.

Q: Do you pro-rate?
A: Yes we pro-rate the current month and after the 15th, require the next month's rent.

Q: Is there a deposit?
A: We do not require a deposit.

Q: Do you have auctions?

10ft x 15ft 150 sq. ft.	Like a large bedroom	Furnishings from a two bedroom apartment or small house without appliances, plus cartons and small items.
10ft x 20ft 200 sq. ft.	Approx. the room in a small one-car garage	Furnishings from a two bedroom apartment or small house with appliances, plus cartons and small items. Or a car or truck.
10ft x 30ft 300sq. ft.	An extra large garage	Furnishings of a 4 or 5 bedroom house with major appliances, boxes, and miscellaneous items or business files and inventory.
